Description
Profluent is hiring a Controller to lead its accounting function and build the finance infrastructure for a high-growth venture-backed biotech company. The role owns financial close, US GAAP reporting, technical accounting, equity and ASC 718 accounting, internal controls, audit readiness, tax compliance, treasury, and finance technology. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, an active CPA license, at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience including 3 years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role, prior experience in a pre-IPO or high-growth venture-backed company, and NetSuite implementation or migration experience. The position offers $240,000–$255,000 USD, equity participation, health, dental, and vision insurance, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
