Description
The employer is seeking a Fractional Controller with a nonprofit focus to provide financial leadership to multiple mission-driven organizations in the Capital Region. The role manages month-end close, financial reporting, fund accounting, grant compliance, audits, cash forecasting, internal controls, and accounting staff, while partnering with CFOs, boards, and finance committees. It is a full-time direct-hire position with a hybrid schedule of 1–3 onsite days per week, based in the Capital Region, New York, and requires 5+ years of controller or comparable senior financial experience, nonprofit accounting expertise, and the ability to travel to clients throughout the region.
