Description
Reproductive Freedom for All is hiring a full-time Controller to lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations for its nonprofit organization in a hybrid Washington, DC role. The position oversees month-end and year-end closes, financial statements, internal controls, compliance, tax filings, audits, and accounting staff management while partnering closely with the CFO and other finance leaders. The role requires a CPA, deep nonprofit accounting experience, GAAP expertise, ERP system proficiency such as Sage Intacct, and the ability to lead in a dynamic, mission-driven environment focused on reproductive freedom and DEI.
