Description
The Controller will own the accounting and finance function for a well-established consulting firm in Uptown Oklahoma City, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, tax coordination, audits, insurance compliance, commission accounting, contracts, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. The role leads and develops a small accounting and administrative team, oversees multiple entities, and participates in senior leadership strategy. It requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, insurance-industry experience, and 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2–5 years in leadership. The position is onsite Monday through Friday with potential for one remote day per week once established, and is limited to local candidates authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
