Description
ResQ is hiring a Controller to own the accounting function across its Canadian parent and U.S. subsidiaries. The role leads financial reporting, consolidation, month-end and annual close, P&L and margin analysis, accounts receivable and payable, cash management, cross-border tax and compliance, and financial planning. The Controller will build accounting processes and controls from the ground up, work with QuickBooks and potentially more scalable platforms, and support executive decision-making. The position requires a CPA designation, at least five years of progressive accounting experience including a Controller or senior accounting role, expertise in US GAAP or IFRS and service-based revenue recognition, and experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, cross-border accounting and consolidation.
