Description
Roessel Joy is seeking a Controller to join an established manufacturing company. The successful candidate will manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, and the month-end close process. They will also oversee AP/AR teams and contribute to improving financial processes across various departments. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and over five years of accounting experience, preferably with ownership of month-end close. While manufacturing experience is desirable, it is not mandatory.
