RRM Design Group is looking for an experienced Controller to manage financial operations, lead the accounting team, and drive sustainable growth. The Controller will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, including Project Accounting, Payroll, AP/AR, and Collections. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, developing budgets, preparing financial statements, and driving continuous improvement.
