RRM Design Group is looking for an experienced Controller to manage financial operations, lead the accounting team, and drive sustainable growth. The Controller will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, influencing company strategy, strengthening financial systems, and shaping organizational culture. This role involves leading and developing the accounting team, collaborating with various stakeholders, managing budgets, preparing financial statements, analyzing cash flow, and driving process improvements.
