Description
SchooLinks is hiring a Controller to own and scale the accounting function for a PE- or venture-backed SaaS company. Reporting to the CFO, the role manages the accounting team, financial close, GAAP reporting, ASC 606 compliance, audits, internal controls, cash flow, treasury, tax, budgeting, and accounting systems. The position requires 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, at least 3 years in leadership, a CPA, and experience with SaaS accounting, external audits, and internal controls. Compensation is $130,000–$150,000 base plus on-track earnings of $140,000–$165,000 USD, with health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, gym, and remote-work benefits.
