OWL Services is hiring an experienced Controller based in its Fort Worth, Texas office. The role oversees construction accounting, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, work-in-progress reporting, project budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, internal controls, tax and regulatory compliance, and leadership of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, strong construction accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience with construction ERP and accounting software such as Sage.
