Description
The Controller is a management-level role responsible for directing the Accounting Department and administering financial policies, reporting, budgeting, audits, internal controls, tax planning, payroll, and financial planning. The position supervises accounting and financial staff, advises management on financial objectives, and leads training in budgeting and financial management. A bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience are required, while CPA certification is preferred and advanced computer knowledge is required.
