Description
The Controller will lead a client’s accounting and financial operations in Tulsa, Oklahoma, reporting to the President/Chief Executive Officer. The role manages the general ledger, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, budgeting, cash management, inventory and cost accounting, internal controls, financial analysis, tax reporting, accounting systems, and the development of performance reporting tools. The Controller will also supervise accounting team members and partner with operational teams to improve financial visibility and business decisions. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least seven years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or Controller-level responsibilities, are required; CPA or CMA designation and manufacturing or fabrication experience are preferred.
