Description
The Controller will lead financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, period-end close, tax and audit coordination, budgeting, forecasting, treasury reporting, and operational improvements across multiple subsidiaries under the Bedrock Manufacturing platform, including Shinola and Filson. The role directly oversees accounting, AP/AR, payroll, cost accounting, and finance teams while partnering with the CFO and senior leaders. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least 8 years of progressive accounting or finance experience including 3 years in a leadership role, strong GAAP and ERP knowledge, and experience in a multi-entity or manufacturing environment.
