Signal and Strand is seeking a hands-on Controller for a private family office managing a diversified commercial real estate portfolio in Los Angeles. The role owns cash management, financial reporting, compliance, tax and lender reporting, accounting operations, and staff supervision, with an on-site work model in Los Angeles. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, 5–7 years of commercial real estate accounting experience, Yardi Voyager proficiency, and experience overseeing accounting staff. Base compensation is $135,000 to $165,000 DOE, with health insurance sharing and other benefits.
