Description
Monjasa is hiring a Controller to join its finance team in Panama. The role owns accounting and controlling activities across the P&L and balance sheet, supports month-end and year-end closing, manages reconciliations, oversees inventory and costing, prepares financial reports and analysis, coordinates audits, and contributes to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The Controller will work hands-on with ERP systems and Excel, improve financial workflows, and collaborate with finance colleagues and stakeholders across Panama and Monjasa’s international organization. The position requires strong accounting and controlling experience, financial closing and reporting experience, inventory and costing knowledge, audit exposure, Excel and ERP skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
