TUTCO, LLC is hiring a Financial Controller in Cookeville, Tennessee to lead the finance function for its manufacturing operation. Reporting to the Divisional Finance Director, the role oversees financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, capital expenditures, and the monthly close process while building and developing a finance and accounting team across multiple sites and countries. The position requires financial and managerial accounting expertise, strong controls knowledge, project and change management experience, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities; a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred, along with an MBA or CPA and manufacturing experience.
