Summit Products is hiring a full-time, on-site Controller in Altoona, Iowa, to lead accounting and financial activities for its manufacturing operation. The role oversees month-end and year-end close, general ledger, financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, cost and inventory controls, internal controls, cash flow, and core accounting processes, while partnering with operations and leadership to support profitable growth. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least seven years of progressive accounting or finance experience including leadership, and strong manufacturing or inventory-intensive business experience.
