Description
Sustainment is hiring a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for a rapidly growing AI-native software company. The role owns general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, audits, tax and regulatory filings, budget analysis, financial systems, and the accounting team. Candidates must be local to Austin, Texas and work in the office, with a CPA, 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, at least 2 years in controller or senior accounting leadership, and startup Series A/B experience.
