This role involves guiding the accounting team, managing daily accounting tasks, assisting with financial decision-making, and preparing various financial documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, technical accounting, and excellent leadership skills.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
Preferred Qualifications: CPA preferred
Strong expertise in financial analysis, accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-through
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and learn, apply, and teach new concepts and processes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
