Description
Swarm Aero is hiring its first Controller to build the accounting function from the ground up for a hardware and defense technology company. The role owns the monthly close, GAAP financials, general ledger, reconciliations, NetSuite configuration, AP, expense administration, payroll, cost accounting, inventory, government contract compliance, internal controls, audits, and the accounting team. It requires 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or accounting leader, with hardware, manufacturing, aerospace, or defense experience; CPA is preferred. The position reports to the VP of Operations and offers equity, medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, paid sick leave, a wellness stipend, and paid parental leave.
