Description
The Controller will oversee a nonprofit foundation's accounting, financial operations, audit, tax compliance, investment tracking, payroll, benefits, vendor contracts, risk management, and financial planning. Reporting to the CFO and VP of Operations, the role manages general ledger and close cycles, financial statements, budgets, cash flow, grants, audits, tax filings, and investment reconciliations. It is a full-time hybrid position in Hartford, Connecticut, with two days per week in the office, and offers $110,000 to $130,000 annually.
