Controller at The Johnson Group

The Controller will oversee all accounting operations for Johnson Development Associates and Johnson Management, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, financial reporting, month-end close, cash management, intercompany reconciliations, tax coordination, and internal controls. The role also leads the accounting team, drives accounting-system implementation and process improvement, and provides financial insights to senior leadership. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, CPA certification, and 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role at an operating company.
