Description
Topstep is hiring a Controller to serve as the company’s senior accounting executive and strategic partner to the CFO, leading accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. The role is responsible for U.S. GAAP reporting, revenue and payout accounting, general ledger oversight, systems and data integrity, and building scalable processes and teams in a high-growth environment. The position requires deep technical accounting expertise, leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and CPA preferred or required, with NetSuite or similar ERP experience preferred. Compensation is $235,000 to $275,000 annually plus bonus, and full-time employees receive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. The company offers flexible work ranging from fully remote to hybrid.
