Description
The Chief Financial Officer oversees TRA’s financial processing, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, general ledger, capital assets, grants and construction accounting, billing, accounts payable, and payroll. The role supervises accounting, financial services, and budget teams; manages external audit coordination, internal controls, financial policies, financial reporting systems, financial statements, budgets, contract revenue, forecasting, and departmental performance; and supervises accounting and financial staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, at least five years of progressively responsible experience, a valid Texas driver’s license, and Public Accountant certification.
