Controller at TrustPoint

TrustPoint is hiring a full-time Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for its growing commercial and government business. The role owns the general ledger, close, reconciliations, cash management, procurement, contract financial management, government cost accounting, financial planning and reporting, and internal controls, while working with the CEO, COO, and USG Project Manager. Candidates need a CPA or equivalent, controller or senior accounting management experience, government contract cost-accounting knowledge, and systems-ownership experience; aerospace, defense, or regulated government-contracting experience and ITAR/EAR familiarity are preferred. The role is based outside Washington, DC and in Silicon Valley, with compensation of $163,000 to $212,000 plus equity and standard benefits.
