TYTAN is hiring a Controller to own the controlling and FP&A function in partnership with the Head of Finance. The role focuses on improving management reporting, cost structures, planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow visibility, ERP data quality, and financial automation, while partnering with production, manufacturing, commercial, and project teams. It requires a finance-related degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong accounting and Excel skills, German and English fluency, and the ability to work in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
