Description
Ursinus College is hiring a Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, the annual audit, internal controls, endowment and debt accounting, grant and restricted-fund accounting, compliance, and tax reporting. The role partners with the Vice President for Finance and Administration on budgeting, financial modeling, cash forecasting, and strategic financial decisions, while supervising the Controller's Office staff and improving Oracle Cloud ERP processes. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, an active CPA license, and at least seven years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including three years supervising professional staff.
