Description
Ventura Manufacturing is seeking an accounting leader to oversee accounting operations for its North America teams and manage corporate consolidation across all regions. The role owns the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, treasury and cash strategy, tax and compliance coordination, audit and regulatory reporting, process improvement, and analytical review of financial statements. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, at least five years of progressive accounting experience, and hands-on leadership across journal entries, reconciliations, and team training.
