Description
The Controller will oversee the company’s financial reporting, accounting systems, internal controls, compliance, cash flow, treasury, and financial analysis across domestic and international operations. The role leads and develops the finance team, supports budgeting and forecasting, manages commission-based telecom revenue, coordinates with IT on system integration, and provides financial insights to the CEO and other stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, a Canadian CPA designation, and at least 5–7 years of accounting or finance experience, including significant controller or senior financial management experience.
