Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) is seeking a passionate and experienced Controller to join their rapidly growing accounting firm. This hybrid role involves guiding nonprofit clients through transformative accounting services, managing financial reporting, improving internal controls, handling transactional activities like AP/AR/payroll, analyzing data, managing grants, preparing audits, and conducting client training. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5-7+ years of accounting experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with multiple GL packages such as QuickBooks.
