Description
YPOG is hiring a Controller to partner with business units and the finance function on revenue, cost, FTE, billing, profitability, pricing, investment analysis, company planning, forecasting, and reporting. The role develops Power BI dashboards, uses AI tools such as Langdock and Copilot, collaborates with Accounting, and communicates in German with English used for international work. Candidates should have several years of controlling experience, familiarity with planning and cost steering, and an understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and basic tax matters.
