Description
Snapdocs is hiring a Controller to own accounting end to end, including close, audit readiness, technical accounting, GAAP compliance, controls, reporting, tax coordination, and operating decisions. The role leads and develops the accounting team, sets a 12-month roadmap, improves close and process efficiency, and partners with Product, Revenue, Customer Success, and Finance. Candidates must hold a CPA, have at least 8 years of progressive accounting experience including controller-level ownership, and demonstrate strong technical accounting, audit, close, controls, and AI proficiency. The base salary is $168,000–$210,000 in Zone 1 locations and $147,000–$184,000 in other U.S. locations, with equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
