Description
Fusion HCR is hiring a full-time, onsite Controller (CFO Track) in Louisville, Kentucky, to lead the accounting and financial reporting function of an established commercial construction contractor. Reporting to the President, the Controller will own the general ledger, monthly close, financial statements, construction accounting, job costing, cash-flow planning, project profitability, billing, financial controls, audits, banking, bonding, tax coordination, and finance systems. The role also involves building and scaling the accounting team, improving processes, and contributing to pricing, backlog, growth, and capital decisions, with a defined path toward the CFO position.
