Description
All In One Accounting is hiring a Controller for its Construction practice to lead client accounting quality, mentor Accountants, and serve as a financial advisor to general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty trade businesses. The role oversees month-end closing, job-cost reporting, WIP schedules, AIA billing, retainage, contract revenue recognition, budget variances, cash-flow forecasting, subcontractor compliance, internal controls, and fraud prevention. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, at least seven years of progressive construction accounting experience including team leadership, and expertise in job-cost accounting, WIP analysis, and construction contract management. Compensation is $90,000–$125,000 with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and bonus benefits.
