Baxter Auto Group is hiring a Controller to oversee a dealership’s financial statements, budgets, general ledger, reconciliations, cash management, warranty and rebate accounts, and financial reporting. The role leads the store accounting team, partners with store leaders and external auditors and tax professionals, and provides financial insights to support decision-making. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or at least five years of accounting experience, accounting and finance data analytics experience, and strong communication and business skills.
