Description
The Controller serves as the strategic financial business leader for Development, Homebuilding, and Real Estate. The role oversees accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, forecasting, tax and insurance reporting, internal controls, treasury, budgeting, audits, and financial systems. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least six years of controller experience, preferably in a development or real estate environment, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
