Redion is hiring a Controlling Specialist to combine accounting expertise with IT affinity and drive automation of tools, processes, and reporting. The role includes implementing a regional controlling tool, developing reports and forecasts, managing controlling projects, performing product and customer profitability analyses, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. It is initially intended for a one-year period, with mobile work across Germany or on-site in Munich, and requires a business administration degree, extensive controlling or analytical experience, automation experience, strong Excel and macro skills, and fluent German and English.
