Description
The Finance Specialist will work part-time on financial accounting, including customer invoicing, accounts receivable and payable management, payment processing, collections, liquidity planning, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. The role also supports external audits, process analysis, digitalization and automation with AI, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and audit committee preparation. Candidates need a finance, accounting, or business administration degree or equivalent commercial training, several years of financial accounting experience, HGB accounting knowledge, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent German. The position is based in Offenburg with a hybrid arrangement of two to three office days per week.
