ESSS is hiring a Controller | Financial Analyst to support the regional finance manager across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. The role covers monthly reporting, budgets, forecasts, accounting records, reconciliations, cash flow and accounts receivable, financial statements, tax compliance, audits, ERP and automation, variable compensation, payment terms, and travel-expense reporting. Candidates need a relevant university degree, accounting and budgeting knowledge, cash-flow and reporting experience, ERP proficiency, advanced Excel and English, and Power BI knowledge. The position offers a permanent contract, hybrid and flexible working, health insurance, and a gross annual salary of €49,000–€52,000 plus a performance-based bonus.
