The role manages central controlling tasks for the Construction Projects department, including budget discussions, project data analysis, forecasts, cost coverage reviews, financing coordination, annual financial statement preparation, budget planning, SAP CO and BW integration, and decision documents for project committees. Candidates should have a business administration degree or comparable qualification, strong business-process knowledge, SAP CO and BW proficiency, analytical and communication skills, and a results-oriented approach.
