Ev. Johanneswerk gGmbH is hiring a Controller for its workshops for people with disabilities (WfbM) at Studjo in Lüdenscheid. The role begins on 01.10.2026 or by mutual agreement and is full-time for 39 hours per week, initially for two years. Responsibilities include internal reporting and controlling, finance, investment planning, cost drivers and benefits, personnel, workshop budget management, service allocation and invoicing, and support for management, process implementation, and cross-functional projects. The position requires a completed university of applied sciences degree in economics, management, finance, or a comparable qualification, relevant corporate controlling experience, and familiarity with innovative IT solutions; SAP HANA experience is preferred. The salary is approximately €4,900 gross per month, with additional retirement and collective-bargaining benefits.
