Description
The Group Controller will lead financial oversight for multiple RealTruck manufacturing sites and their local finance team leads. Responsibilities include monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, GAAP and accounting-policy compliance, SOX controls, financial reporting and variance analysis, planning and forecasting, audit coordination, cost-accounting and lean manufacturing initiatives, KPI monitoring, and coaching and developing finance teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 10+ years of finance or accounting experience including manufacturing experience, 5+ years in a leadership role, and 25–50% travel; an MBA and CPA or CMA are preferred.
