Description
The Controller will lead the financial, accounting, and tax management of a business unit, ensuring compliance with Brazilian accounting standards and applicable municipal, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities include improving accounting and financial procedures, preparing analytical management reports, managing tax obligations and government filings, monitoring financial indicators, and proposing corrective and preventive actions. The role requires a complete higher education degree in Accounting, Administration, or Economics, an active CRC registration, prior Controller or financial/accounting leadership experience, knowledge of Brazilian accounting and tax legislation, ERP and advanced Office skills, and strong analytical, strategic, organizational, and communication abilities.
