Description
The role serves as the property’s strategic financial business leader, developing and executing financial and accounting strategies, budgets, forecasts, audits, tax compliance, and business plans. It leads accounting and finance teams, supports owners and executive stakeholders, ensures accurate profit-and-loss reporting, and manages personnel development and property policies. Candidates may have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with two years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with no work experience required.
