Description
ASM is hiring a Regional Controller to serve as the primary finance leader for an assigned region or Tier 1 customer. The role owns financial performance across revenue, margin, cost, inventory, capex, and operating expenses; leads forecasting, planning, variance analysis, controls, and audit support; and drives business decisions and performance with business stakeholders. It requires strong financial leadership without formal people management, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of finance experience, business-ownership experience, and ERP experience. The role is intended for complex regional or customer-facing environments, particularly in semiconductor, high technology, or manufacturing operations.
