Description
Lincoln International is seeking a Controller, India to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, audit coordination, internal controls, budgeting, and financial planning for India legal entities. The role manages and develops an accounting team, reports to the Global Controller with a dotted line to the local India business leader, and follows a hybrid schedule with Monday–Thursday in-office work and Friday remote or office work. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA certification are required, along with 10–15 years of increasing accounting experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role, and experience with financial reporting, multi-entity consolidations, India GAAP, U.S. GAAP, audits, and internal controls.
