Shell is hiring a Controller, Local Reporting to lead statutory and regulatory reporting, compliance, financial governance, and US/Local GAAP activities across Shell entities in the Americas and Asia. The role manages 5–10 direct reports, including Local Statutory Reporting and US/Local GAAP specialists, and supports external auditors, regulators, sustainability reporting, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have professional accounting qualifications, strong technical accounting expertise, regulatory knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and experience leading cross-functional teams.
