Köster is hiring a Commercial Controller to manage the commercial aspects of construction projects, including cost, revenue, and risk analyses; monthly forecasts and annual budgets; liquidity monitoring; sureties; insurance claims; subcontractor insolvency processing; and management reporting. The role requires a business administration degree focused on controlling or accounting, preferably experience in project controlling and project management methods, strong IT and MS Office skills, and good communication and teamwork abilities.
