HÖLSCHER HOLDING GmbH is hiring a full-time Controller (m/f/d) for its Kerpen headquarters. The role prepares monthly reports and analyses, supports HGB financial statements, performs investment and profitability calculations, maintains the cost accounting system, calculates machine hourly rates and contribution margins, conducts ad hoc analyses, and supports controlling-process optimization. Candidates need commercial training or a relevant degree, 2–5 years of controlling experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and preferably manufacturing experience. The position offers hybrid work with up to two mobile work days per week, along with pension, training, parking, and other benefits.
