The Controller will support a growing company in Oberhausen with analytical reporting, variance and cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial closings, management reporting, investment and profitability analysis, and process optimization. The role requires a business administration degree focused on controlling, finance, or a comparable qualification, strong numerical and analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and a structured, independent working style. Mobile working is possible, with flexible hours and occasional work from home.
